Hulhumalé Phase 2 is set to welcome the Maldives’ first gated community, Aséria Homes & Townhouses, a groundbreaking project poised to redefine residential living in the country.

Aséria is divided into three distinct categories of homes:

Beach Dwellings (37 units): Positioned along the pristine shoreline of Hulhumalé, these four-story beachfront homes provide residents with unparalleled ocean views and direct beach access. Covering 2,600 square feet, each home features 4+1 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a private swimming pool, an in-house elevator, and parking spaces.

Garden Dwellings (14 units): Surrounded by lush greenery, these five-story homes incorporate duplex layouts with both three-story and two-story configurations. Spanning an average of 2,368 square feet, the homes include 3+1 and 2+1 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, access to an elevated garden, a private pool, and parking.

Urban Dwellings (22 units): Designed for compact, modern living, these units span 1,722 square feet. Featuring duplex layouts with both three-story and two-story options, they offer 2+1 and 2-bedroom configurations. Amenities include private pools, in-house elevators, and designated parking.

Aséria is more than just a collection of homes – it’s a community. A clubhouse lies at the heart of the project, offering a range of facilities, including a gym, multipurpose hall, cafeteria, and business center. A serene elevated garden serves as a shared park for residents, with landscaped greenery, walkways, and seating areas designed to foster connection among neighbors.

With safety as a top priority, Aséria’s gate access is controlled through a central guardhouse. Visitors are managed through the clubhouse to maintain the community’s privacy and exclusivity.

Payment transactions are secured through a joint escrow account managed by HDC and Batch Construction at Maldives Islamic Bank, ensuring transparency.
